• I am a CIPD Certified Trainer and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited and qualified Leadership & Executive Coach.

• Qualified in Adult Career Guidance from NUI Maynooth.

• Furthermore, I trained and qualified in a wide range of psychometric assessments used in selection & recruitment and also in learning & development. I hold the British Psychological Society (BPS) Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level 2 covering the use of both ability tests and personality assessments. 

• I hold the highest certification for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) facilitators, including Step II. In 2020 I added to my knowledge of Type and complete Type-Coach Certified Professional qualification
